Jerry has spent eighteen years working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, starting in direct care and classroom support before advancing into case management and, eventually, into clinical and operational leadership. For the past decade, he has practiced as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst while serving as a leader for clinical and administrative operations. He brings experience building training programs, compliance systems, and quality assurance systems that let organizations deliver care responsibly, equip schools with strategies that work in the classroom, and give families the confidence and tools to support their child at home.
